@Ronda Del Boccio yep.... I usually feel great, but it's the heat that gets me! 🥵

I remember doing a huge clean up last year. There was around 300 peeps on my list and after some time of re-engagement, I ended up deleting around 80% of them!! It was definitely a relief for my body... it has given way to more aligned people to come into my world. Only around 137ish.. but it's slowly growing again.
