Hi everyone! I’m a fellow land investor still early in my journey—I’ve done a few deals and am always looking for ways to improve and scale. Lately, I’ve been leaning heavily on AI to help streamline and organize information. One tool I recently explored is Sheet Magic (no affiliation), an AI-powered Google Sheets extension. It allowed me to generate bulk customized messages for a mail merge campaign. I learned about this strategy from Seth Williams. I can’t say for sure if it improved the response rate, but it definitely opened my eyes to how much potential there is for using AI to personalize outreach to sellers more efficiently.
