Happy Monday, Tribe! We are standing on the bridge between March Renewal and April Action. If you’ve been doing the twists, the cold rinses, and the mineral infusions, your body is chemically different than it was on March 1st. You have less "sludge" and more "spark." But a powerful engine is useless if the chassis is stiff. Today, we are performing a 10-Minute Mobility Flow designed to "oil" your joints and test your new spring energy. ⚡ The 10-Minute "Integration" Sequence 0–3 Mins: The "World's Greatest" Stretch - From a plank, step your right foot outside your right hand. - Reach your right arm to the sky, rotating your heart open. - Switch sides every 5 breaths. - The Goal: Feel the "opening" in your hips and the "wringing" in your spine. 3–7 Mins: The "Deep Primal Squat" - Drop into the deepest squat you can manage (heels on the floor if possible). - Use your elbows to gently push your knees apart. - Shift your weight left to right for 4 minutes. - The Goal: Reclaim the "resting position" of your ancestors. If this is hard, your "engine" is still a bit tight! 7–10 Mins: The "Hanging" Reset - Find a sturdy branch, a pull-up bar, or even a door frame. - Just hang. Let gravity pull your spine long and decompress your shoulders. - The Goal: Reverse the "Digital Hunch" we pruned away on Friday. 👇 MONDAY CHECK-IN: Let’s cross the bridge together! 1.
