There is a supernatural human ability called pareidolia- the capacity to see faces, figures, and symbolic forms emerge from patterns, textures, and empty space, like seeing images in clouds or stone. I work with this way of seeing, and it is something everyone can activate.(I will do a little activation of that in Sound Alchemy or Light Language) In this workshop, you’ll learn how to use pareidolia as a creative and intuitive tool - allowing images to reveal themselves on the canvas and becoming a living symbolic language through which you can communicate with your higher self, inner guidance, or god-self. You don’t force the image. You allow it to appear. In the first part of the workshop, we will focus only on building the foundation: working with different elements, materials, and layers to create the base of your Magic Map. I am wondering how many of you have been struggling with the need of being liked or being seen as a good person? I feel that is a big point for many of us of not showing up fully and take up the space that we could. Being seen as a good mother, a good daughter, a good woman. Having everything under control. Historically, these women were not chosen for talent or beauty.They were chosen because their nervous systems could remain regulated in altered states.They could feel intensity without fragmenting.They could move energy without being overtaken by it. Her dance is not HERS - it is OURS. She moves to: - stabilize the emotional field of her community - open thresholds during transitions (birth, death, seasonal shifts) - translate the unseen into form - restore coherence when chaos threatens to take hold The body is her instrument.Movement is her language.Presence is her offering. Many of us feel drawn to this archetype without having words for it...we feel restless in stillness practices because we know that our body holds wisdom, but there is no place for it to land. We deeply desire to finally feel whole, feel ourselves again. To be able to listen to what your body is sending you all of the time. I have been disconnected from my body for a long time. Dance is what brought me back to myself. I learned that I can have all pf those strong emotions and move them through my body.... Into the hips, the spine, the breath, the voice.
