How to make an order of a product or a smartship: first you will have to be on the website and go to your back office, if you are an associate. Type at the top and in your browser - tools dot superpatch dot com. This window will open, you will have to type your login details if they're not remembered from before. You click on login and this is your back office. There is the commonly used links section from here you can place your order. Place New Order - we click here and the shop section will open for us. Now you will see all the products and here you can distinguish the regular products that you can order any time from the smart ship subscription. Smartship subscriptions have a red circle - you see it. You can make use of the Promotion 4 for 3 - you will have to order four products for Smartships and at the Checkout you will see that one of them is with a price "0". I will just show you how to do it with the first product. Let's go with Lumi - you click and it will be added to your cart. Then you will continue shopping with the other products. I hope this is clear. I'm not going to finalise the order because it might be misleading for you. The way my shop personally is set might be different, I did it through my company, I applied the VAT to be removed. So now I'm paying 20% less but at the end of the fiscal period I will have to pay separately to the state the whole VAT for all my purchases unless I export the products to another country that is not in the European Union. I just showed you where you can place your order for regular products. You can go also straight to the smartship subscriptions so you don't make a mistake by choosing a product which is not a smartship. Here you see all products that are available to be chosen - the ones with the red dot "smartship". Let me just see when was the moment to choose the country? It's ready to be added to my Cart - obviously it remembered from before that I am in Bulgaria. Try it and if anything is not clear, let me know.
