Healing really does require letting go — and I love that you named that.What I’ve learned (and lived) is that letting go is actually the last step, not the first. Before we can release anything, we have to walk through what I call the Triple A’s:Awareness → Acknowledgment → Acceptance. You can’t let go of what you haven’t named.You can’t release what you haven’t allowed yourself to feel. In my classroom, we spend time walking that pathway gently and honestly — not rushing the process, not bypassing the pain, but learning how to move through it so letting go becomes possible, not forced.
