HEY GUYSS!! My name is Irene and I am the current Head of Recruitment. Previously, I was the Head of Member Communications and also a Marketing Assistant. 😚😚 Last year in my sorority, I played a big part in the backrooms during recruitment where we matched 800+ potential new members with recruiters🥶, along with assisting with recruitment operations. This year, I am officially on the recruitment assistant team where I have been given more roles and decision-making power in preparation for our big recruitment this upcoming fall. I would like to leverage what I learned through Chi Omega and make SEN recruitment more engaging, efficient, and more fun for both recruiters and potential new members. As SEN is already a selective club, I believe we need to work closer together as a team to ground ourselves in what it means to be in SEN and also what it takes to be in SEN. On the marketing side, I started it as a hobby in the 5th grade when I made a secret slime account on Instagram @icecreamramen.slime. Don't bother looking for it, it got hacked and turned into a Muslim Women account in 2020. I mourn for my slime account every day. I had multiple videos hitting 150k+ views and had over 3,000 followers. My first year at UCSD, I interned at Einstein.AI and learned more about UGC content creation and organic content creation. My friend Zoe and I had a joint TikTok account where we made interview style videos. We generated over 5M views and over 20K likes per video within the span of 3 to 4 weeks. Currently, I am working with an entrepreneur to manufacture Canned Goods in Japan and China. I am also working on a side project that involves visualizing dorms for incoming college students😼😼.
