Promote your community in ONE sentence
Happy Monday Montreal Skoolers! For those of you who have a community, this is your chance to tell us in ONE sentence why anyone should join your community! If youre familiar with Alex's rule of 100 - How many times a day do you promote your community? Eg. On Skool, IG, ads? If not, why not? This is 1/100 activities today 🥳 Go ahead and promote your community in ONE sentence!👇 (its good practice to tighten your positioning too!) 💡Tip to ensure clarity: State who it is for AND the destination (transformation) of your community, not the journey (process) Suggestions: 📌Check out other people's communities and see if something piques your curiosity and join! Or refer someone you know to a community in the comments who could benefit from it! 📌 Don't take it personally if people arent joining your community 📌Like and engage with this post other peoples comments - This helps boost discoverability for our group, which brings it higher on search results so more members can find it join, and in turn more Montreal Skoolers we can connect and mastermind with
How are you spending this fine Saturday?

Valuable insights at the feedback call today!
This was our 2nd feedback call, thank you @Shereen Sands for joining, I love that we both took away practical insights for our Skool communities! Want to join the next feedback call? Check out the Calendar Tab and add it directly to your iCal or Google calendar I ended up trimming the recording, to make it easier to watch and asked Claude (as advised by @William Renner is far more superior to ChatGPT) to give me a summary👇 Shereen's main community - Action sparks engagement → Shereen changed her community into a challenge-focused community and now people are not just passive observes but taking action, sharing pictures, engaging with posts and having fun in the process. - Free trial as a gateway to entry → a 7-day trial could help hesitant prospects (or those who don't know you) experience the community before committing. - Positioning matters → going beyond listing features and speaking to identity (e.g. “women tired of playing small,” “entrepreneurs ready to grow”) makes the community relatable and when people recognize themselves in the description there are higher chances of them joining. - Address objections directly → use posts or videos right in the About page to address any hidden objections they may have (before they have them!) or answer “why now?” and “what’s in it for me?” upfront to reduce the barrier to entry. Ioni's main community (under construction) - Leadership reframing → entrepreneurs don’t always relate to “leadership,” but they resonate with freedom and wanting to become replaceable, and not handicapping themselves or their business. - Fresh positioning idea → “Learn how to be replaceable” → cheeky, but powerful: freedom comes when your business isn’t dependent on you 24/7. General - About page tweaks → Shereen shared that small changes in photos and copy can affect discovery ranking!!!

@Shereen Sands likewise!
The Winner's Framework: Problem -> Solution -> Scale
My mentor JT Foxx has just hit me with this simple framework. Week #1 Step 1: Find Expensive Problems Not all problems are worth solving. You need problems that meet three criterias : 1) High-Value Target Market Companies spending $5oK+ annually on the prblem. 2) Measurable Impact: Clear ROI that justifies premium pricing. 3) AI Advantage: Where Al genuinely outperforms human solutions The Research Method: Interview 20 business owners in your target industry. Ask: "what's your most expensive operational headache?" Focus on problems they're already paying to solve badly Ignore problems they "should" care about but don't. Commit this week to do it, and you'll be ahead of 90%. Week #2 - here a sneak peek: Step 2: Build The Minimum Viable Advantage Forget building platforms. Build painkiller solutions. Sharing is caring.
