Day 3 Of 1k Challenge!
Galatians 6:7-8 “A man reaps what he sows.” Devotional Every day, you’re planting seeds. The music you listen to.The thoughts you entertain. The conversations you have. The food you eat.The words you speak over yourself. All of them are seeds. The question isn’t whether you’re sowing. The question is: What are you sowing? If you plant negativity, you’ll harvest discouragement. If you plant discipline, you’ll harvest growth. If you plant God’s Word in your heart, you’ll harvest faith. Many people pray for a harvest they haven’t been planting for. For the next 37 days, become intentional about the seeds you’re planting in your mind, body, and spirit. Because today’s seeds become tomorrow’s reality. Reflection What is one seed you’ve been planting that needs to stop?

Feeling stuck and just feeling like giving up not in life but just in goals or changes like just tired of everything and even though I boost myself to making a change something always brings me down.
Where are you from?!

Day 2 of 40
Day 2: Guard Your Mind Philippians 4:8 “Whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure… think about such things.” Your life moves in the direction of your strongest thoughts. If you constantly feed your mind fear, doubt, negativity, and comparison, you’ll struggle to walk in peace and purpose. But when you fill your mind with God’s Word, your perspective begins to change. Today, pay attention to what you’re allowing into your mind. Not everything deserves your attention. Protect your thoughts. Protect your peace. Protect your purpose. Reflection What is one thing that has been negatively influencing your mindset that you need to limit or remove?

I need to eliminate a lot of negative thoughts that make me feel less, which also help me make excuses for others inexcusable action towards me. Honestly, I need to redirect and eliminate everything and change in every way possible the good and bad.

Day 1 of 40
Day 1: A New Beginning Scripture: Romans 12:2 “Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind.” Every transformation begins with a changed mind. Many people want different results, but keep the same thoughts, habits, and perspectives. Over the next 40 days, we’re not just pursuing better health—we’re becoming the person God has called us to be. Today, make the decision to let go of old thinking and embrace God’s truth about who you are. Reflection What is one limiting belief you’re leaving behind today? Prayer Focus Renew My Mind Ask God to: - Renew your thinking - Reveal unhealthy mindsets - Strengthen your faith - Help you see yourself the way He sees you - Prayer Father, thank You for this new beginning. Renew my mind and transform my thinking. Help me let go of old habits and old beliefs that don’t align with Your truth. Give me the strength to become who You’ve called me to be. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Thank you god for all you do in my life on the daily bases and I take it all for granted, I don’t know how to thank you honestly cause my words and actions fall short in expressing to you how much I love you, but I will change that god. Thank you once again god thank you.
