Seen a few posts that I’m really envious of with people saying how amazing meditation is and I need this in my life! 🧘🏼♀️ Problem is, I have no clue how! Does anyone have a book/guide/website to share on how to get started, please? Laymen’s terms would be preferable 🤣
The key thing here is to just accept all the noise inside your head, and breathe, i always thought I had to quieten my mind to meditate and could never focus and would give up, but the more you learn to let go to the universe/god, it will get easier. Putting some sound-healing music on always helps (lots available on YouTube music). Guided meditations are good too.
