I was intentional with my focus today, which id say is small win in addition to usual training in gym and work for business. The time you put into things only matters if your intent (focus) is there also Good night everyone
My small win today was acting with initiative for a task that benefits me in the future. Slight discomfort temporarily, for large marginal gains in the future π
Today I was intentional with my focus , For ex leaving my phone in my bag while lifting to not get distracted Small but I feel helps a lot for mental clarity
