A disease which is making Muslim men weak is the filth that is going around online and in-person. Narrated Usama bin Zaid: The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "After me I have not left any trial more severe to men than women." Bukhari 5096 We are living in a society where countless men are addicted to this filth (Proof? Check top 10 countries consuming that foul content). This addiction destroys masculinity, weakens faith, and hardens the heart. We live in a society where the woman wears less clothes than men do (even in certain Muslim countries). Take the beach, for example. The dress code has changed so much that immodesty has become normal and glorified, and modesty is mocked and ridiculed. And because of these two things, men become distracted in worldly things, addicted to pleasure, and lack high ambitions and aspiration. They prefer to stay on land rather than they sky. The Prophet ﷺ said: “The strong believer is better and more beloved to Allah than the weak believer, but there is good in everyone.” (Muslim 2664). This issue is not just limited to individual addictions - the modern industries thrive on this disease. This plague is so widespread that people have become desensitized to immodesty and free-mixing. And those who dispraise this and guard themselves are called "extreme." This is a deliberate attack on a crucial part of faith: haya (modesty).
