🤝 If You Could Send One Resource to a Struggling Colleague Right Now...
Think of a pilot or aviation professional in your circle who's navigating something hard right now — career pressure, crew dynamics, confidence, leadership. If you could send them one thing — a book, a conversation, a community — what would it be, and why? How can we help them?

Potentially send them a phone call, a Facetime, ears to listen to their world and what is going on around them. Being there in lieu of the usual time difference and many miles between us and friends/colleagues etc. I'd also say something around leisure and sports. We talked a lot about action centred leadership in the military. Team, Task, individual all encompassed within the larger umbrella of ones environment. I find sports and leisure connecting with the outdoors or sports is what helps me walk away from a hard scenario and come back a bit refreshed and feeling accomplished around one area I can control. CV Feedback
Good Morning, Good Afternoon and Good evening to you all, (Jean Please delete if not appropriate) I'm posting my CV after working on a few iterations of it after working through the CV Builder. I find as a low hour Pilot the job you're applying for is really after how much PIC time you have and on what, plus your total aeronautical given insurance seems to run hiring more than your personality? (At least for the first job, correct me if I'm wrong). Although it may just be being in the right place at the right time is key to that first job, it would be good ahead of finishing my type rating to have some feedback on my CV please see an extract attached. Thank you all kindly, Ian Lethbridge

1) – Who are you, where are you from, and who do you work with? Hi everyone, I’m Lesh. I was born in Kenya, raised in London, and I’m half Kenyan/Australian. I’m currently based in Perth, flying out of Jandakot as I finish up my CPL and ME/IR on the PA44. I also run a detailing business working with private jets—everything from Citations and Phenoms to Dassaults and G7500s. 2) – What do you want to get out of being in this community? I’m here to learn from others who are ahead in their aviation careers, especially those in corporate and business aviation. I am figuring out post flight school whether to commit into Australia’s GA scene, Kenya’s E jet scene I’m exploring pathways into turbine time and potentially into aircraft like the Phenom, Citation, and eventually the larger business jets. Hearing your experiences and insights is incredibly valuable. 3) – For fun, what do you like to do? When I’m not flying or studying, I enjoy travelling, detailing aircraft (oddly therapeutic!), and exploring anything aviation-related. I also enjoy keeping fit with a lot of Running (*Perks of being Kenyan), road cycling and discovering new places around Western Australia with my fiancé. 4) – See Attached :)
