👏 Member Win: 468% More Reach + 610% More Impressions
One of our members came in knowing they needed visibility, but they were stuck in the usual LinkedIn rut: posting without traction, little engagement, and no real pipeline movement. In less than 7 days inside the dojo, here’s what happened: ✅ Reach skyrocketed by 468% ✅ Impressions jumped 610% ✅ Lead flow increased immediately ✅ Got podcast invites and collaboration requests 👉 The takeaway? Consistency + accountability = momentum. When you know what to post, and you have people watching your back, growth compounds fast. This isn’t theory, it’s real numbers in real time. So, here’s my challenge to you: What’s ONE simple habit you can commit to this week that would multiply your visibility? Drop it below ⬇️

📌 Weekly Office Hours: Ask & Grow
🔔 New Update: Join Our Weekly Live Hours
Hey Ninjas, I’m officially setting weekly office hours inside the Dojo. Why? Because consistency builds trust, and I want to hold myself accountable to show up for you, even as I’m just getting started. Here’s the schedule I’m committing to: - Tuesdays: 12–2 PM PST → Coaching & Strategy - Thursdays: 4–6 PM PST → Systems, Tech & AI Help - Saturdays: 10 AM–12 PM PST → Mindset & Growth 👉 You can expect events, AMAs, and live calls to happen during these windows. For now, it’s about building the rhythm, doors open, dojo active. Confession: I’m in the middle of some serious dental work (not exactly camera-ready 🥴), so video is coming a bit later. But no excuses, this is me putting it out there, committing in public, and inviting you to do the same with your own growth. Let’s build this together. The dojo is open. 🥷

⚔️ What Almost Broke Me… Built Me
I don’t usually share this side of myself. But the people who’ve impacted me most weren’t the ones flashing perfect highlight reels; they were the ones real enough to share where the scars came from. Here’s part of mine: - I was once voted “Most likely to die or be incarcerated by 19.” - I was homeless in NYC. - I watched my mom survive a coma only to wake as a non-verbal quadriplegic. - My dad took his own life on my birthday in 2015. - At 41, I thought fatherhood had passed me by. I even talked about adoption. Two weeks later, I learned I was going to be a father. At 42, my daughter was born. She’s 7 now, and watching her live the childhood I never got to have has been one of the greatest gifts of my life. She loves art, has already won a couple of contests in 1st and 2nd grade, and even walked away with 2 checks. It’s pretty awesome. Those moments could’ve broken me. Honestly, some almost did. But each one sharpened me instead. The grit, the discipline, the refusal to stay down, that’s what built me. And that’s why I built this dojo. To pass on the mindset, the systems, and the playbooks I’ve fought for. Because none of us need another guru shouting promises. We need resilience, clarity, and community. 👉 My question for you: What’s one challenge you’ve faced that made you stronger? Drop it below. Your story might be exactly what someone else needs today.

This one wasn’t easy to write. But I know someone out there needed to read it. Life hit me hard more than once, and for a long time, I thought those hits defined me. Turns out, they forged me. 👉 Now I want to hear from you: What’s one challenge that could’ve broken you, but ended up building you instead? Don’t hold back; your story might be the thing that gives someone else hope today. 🥷
🥷 How to Get the Best from the Ninja Growth Dojo
This isn’t just another group. Think of it like a dojo: progress comes from showing up, practicing, and learning together. Here’s how to get the most out of it: - Engage → Don’t just scroll. Comment, ask questions, share wins. Adding value sharpens others and yourself. - Practice → Don’t let ideas collect dust. Apply playbooks, test strategies, and report back. Action > theory. - Level up → Points here come from value, not noise. The more you contribute, the faster you unlock resources, connections, and momentum. - Respect → Debate ideas, support each other, keep energy high-vibe. We rise together. ⚡ Your growth = your reps. The more you put in, the more you’ll get out. So… don’t just lurk. Make your first move: ask, share, and train with us. This dojo works best when the ninjas inside are active. 🥷 Drop a quick “👊” below if you’re ready to grow with us.

👊 I’ll start this off. For me, the scroll that hits hardest right now is Practice. I’ve seen too many people collect ideas but never apply them. Growth comes from reps, not just reading. 👉 Which scroll speaks to you most: Engage, Practice, Level Up, Show Respect, or Win? Drop your pick below, let’s see what the dojo is focusing on first. 🥷
