Focus: * grounding practices * breath awareness * slowing internal pace * creating emotional safety Outcome: A first experience of real calm and internal space. --- Session 2 — Calibration & Holding Space Before changing anything, we learn where you truly are. Focus: * understanding current emotional state * allowing what is present * creating space without pressure Outcome: You feel seen, supported, and not rushed. Session 3 — Quieting Mental Noise Much of what feels overwhelming is often accumulated mental pressure. Focus: * overthinking patterns * internal pressure * creating space between thoughts Outcome: A quieter mind and more ease. Session 4 — Heart / Mind Coherence This is where inner calm becomes deeper and more embodied. Focus: * slowing into the heart space * creating internal harmony * emotional steadiness Outcome: Greater peace, emotional balance, and clarity. --- Session 5 — The 3D / 5D Wobble (Expansion & Safety) As life begins to shift, it is natural for old patterns to reappear. This does not mean something is wrong. It often means your system is adjusting to a new baseline.
