There comes a point where you realise… you’re not actually “seeking” anymore. You’re remembering. Not learning something new… but recognising something that was always there. That everything is connected. Your thoughts, your body, your energy, nature, other people… even the moments that didn’t make sense at the time. And when you slow down… when your nervous system settles… you begin to feel it. Not as an idea. As truth. There’s no rush in this. Nothing to force. Just a quiet unfolding.
