Running a hospitality business is challenging at the best of times - satisfying customers, dealing with complaints, staff shortages, marketing, deliveries, bills, etc etc, the list goes on. Compliance is often an afterthought, understandably, you're busy with the day to day, who needs compliance issues piled on top of that? Am I right? That's where I can help...at least with some of it.
