Does daily journaling really help?
Assalāmu ʿalaykum, ikhwan. I was wondering whether daily journaling actually works and helps improve a person over time. I’ve heard a lot of people talk about its benefits ,better focus, clarity, discipline. But honestly, when I tried it myself, I didn’t notice any real change. That made me question whether I was doing it wrong, not giving it enough time, or if journaling simply doesn’t work the same way for everyone. Barak Allah feek
