The obvious information: I am a father of two energetic boys - 1 and 5 year old, married for almost 10 years. If you're there as well, you know what it's like: family guy, school for kids, work 9-5, and you'll have the weekends or eventually a long holiday to vent off. But after that, you're just back on your routine. The plan is clear, in the end, you are already taking care of your offspring. You fulfilled your duties as a human being. All boxes checked, grab a beer/wine, have some BBQ/cheese and game over. If that is OK for you (which I absolutely respect) - no need to join us! No hard feelings. On the other hand, if you are living in this era, you also know that, if you don't take action - nothing will change. One fulfilled purpose will not take you anywhere else. And deep inside, if you feel like there is way more to contribute to this world - this is the right place for you! I am here to document this journey and walk beside others who feel there is a place for family leaders to use their realizations to the betterment of others, by growing their own businesses, starting a volunteer project, or revisiting their career goals. And honestly, this journey hasn't started now: I am sure you've been trailing this path for years, maybe decades, since you decided you wanted to grow your family, and shaping the person you are now.
