Today, I will go dinner with my parents and kids.Besides that, based on the listening practice assignment,I read the story about Johannes Vermeer,his brief life and artworks"The Art of Painting".This woman is Clio, one of the Nine Muses, who specifically presides over history. She wears a laurel wreath on her head, symbolizing immortal glory, holds a trumpet in her hand representing the painter's fame, and carries a book containing the records of history.The curtain on the left side makes the composition look so unique.

🔤 Root of the Day: “opsis / optikos” (O-P-S-I-S / O-P-T-I-K-O-S)
Meaning: vision / sight / seeing Many English words come from this root. Here are some examples: Optic – related to the eyes or vision 👁️ Optical – connected with sight or light 🔍 Optician – a person who makes or sells glasses 👓 Optometrist – a doctor who checks your eyesight 👨⚕️ Optometry – the science of testing vision 📋 Optics – the study of light and vision 💡 Myopia – nearsightedness; difficulty seeing distant objects 🌫️ Hyperopia – farsightedness; difficulty seeing nearby objects 📖 Biopsy – examining tissue by looking at cells under a microscope 🔬 Autopsy – examining a body after death to determine the cause ⚕️ ✏️ Task: Choose three words from the list and write a sentence using them. 💬 Example (Coach Mat): “After visiting the optometrist, the optician made new glasses that improved my myopia and helped me see clearly again.”
