Quick poll: single platform vs multi-tool workflow
Quick question for the group. When you’re working on a project with a recurring character, do you generate across multiple AI tools, or do you stick to one to keep things consistent? Trying to understand how people are actually handling this in practice, not just in theory. Drop a comment with which tools you use if you’ve got a setup that works. 🎥 Following up on the last poll — curious how many of you are working solo vs as part of a team on your AI projects.

Thanks, Alex! 🙏 I really appreciate the feedback. One thing I've learned is that consistency is won long before generation starts. That's why I'm always interested in workflows that treat AI filmmaking like a real production pipeline rather than just prompt engineering. Looking forward to seeing more of your work! 🚀

Right now I'm working solo, but I'm intentionally building a production-first workflow instead of a prompt-first workflow. I want every project to have clear pre-production, asset management, generation, and post-production stages. That way, if I collaborate with a team later, the workflow is already designed to scale rather than being rebuilt from scratch.

If you joined this community to find paid work as an AI video creator, your first priority should be setting up your profile on the AI Filmmakers Directory. Go to https://aifilmmakersdirectory.com and click Add New AI Video Business. Do it as soon as possible. Demand is growing fast across agencies, studios, SaaS companies, brands, production companies, and creator-led businesses. But clients cannot hire you if they cannot find you—or quickly understand why you are the right person for their project. A strong Directory profile gives you three major advantages: 1. Get discovered by active buyers The Directory is built for companies specifically searching for AI video talent. You are not competing for attention in a crowded feed. You are placing your work where buyers are already looking. 2. Help clients properly evaluate you A Pro Profile gives clients and AI search agents a deeper understanding of your specialties, experience, services, portfolio, tools, and creative approach. The easier you are to understand and evaluate, the easier you are to recommend and hire. 3. Increase your chances of being shortlisted When I am asked to recommend an AI filmmaker or assemble a project team, the Directory is one of the first places I look. Pro Profiles provide much more information, making it easier to match creators with the right opportunities and present them professionally to potential clients. A basic profile gets you listed. A strong Pro Profile helps you get found, understood, shortlisted, and recommended. The Pro plan is still available at its low founder pricing, but that price will increase as the Directory grows. So, two things to do this week: First: Create or upgrade your Directory profile. Show your strongest work and clearly explain your skills, services, creative strengths, and ideal projects. Second: Explore the free Classroom modules designed to strengthen your personal brand, improve how you present your work, and make you a more attractive and hireable AI filmmaker.

Hello everyone, My name is Hossam Metwaly, and I'm from Egypt. I've been working as a Video Editor for the past 3 years. Recently, I've started focusing on AI filmmaking, AI-powered content creation, and commercial advertising production. My goal is to combine my video editing experience with AI tools to create cinematic films, commercials, and high-quality visual storytelling. I'm still learning and improving every day, and I'm excited to be part of this community and learn from all of you. I've attached a few examples of my recent work below, including editing projects and AI-generated video work. Looking forward to connecting with everyone and learning together. Thank you!

@Alex Vachon ! The hospital sequences were completely AI-generated. I focused on creating a realistic cinematic look while maintaining consistency across the shots. I'm still learning and improving, but it was a fun project to experiment with AI filmmaking.🧠 Appreciate your feedback! 🙏
And the Winner is... | Starting frames completed
What I am working on today. Shots 17, 18 and 19 will be done in Kling Multi-shot and the I will use the last frame of 19 to place in the final scene (20) Now it is time for Runway! Woohoo! Should be done that by tomorrow then narration, sound and music, and put it together in DaVinci Resolve and After Effects and submit.

🎬 THE $20K AI VIDEO ACCELERATOR (REVISED PROGRAM)
After some reflection, I realized the original 90-day commitment was a little too daunting — for me and probably for you too. So I changed my approach. I've packed everything into a focused 4-week course that will allow anyone to quickly learn how to deliver problem-solving AI videos at scale — fast, and to a large number of clients. I'm the founder of AI Filmmakers Directory, and I've spent the last 30 years as a TV and freelance producer/director. I've made videos that clients paid serious money for, long before "AI video" was a phrase anyone used. Now I've spent months in conversations with the people making real money with AI video right now — and I've seen exactly who's winning, who's stuck, and what separates the two. Here's the conclusion I couldn't ignore: there's no reason — zero — why anyone in this space with basic skills and real hunger shouldn't be building toward $20K a month making AI videos for clients. The tools are here. The demand is real. Businesses are spending money on this right now. So what's the problem? It's not a skills problem. It's a business problem. Most AI video creators know how to make videos. Very few know how to streamline their workflows to produce fast — and even fewer know how to package, price, and sell that work like a business. That gap — that's exactly what this Accelerator is built to close. I'm not figuring this out alongside you — I'm teaching you what I already know: three decades of producing and directing real work, combined with the newest AI production tools that let you do in hours what used to take a full crew and a week. I'll show you how to use those tools to streamline and speed up production dramatically, and how to turn that speed into a real, profitable business. The goal: $20K/month — and the Accelerator is built to get you there in 4 weeks. It's evergreen, so you start when you're ready and move at your pace. What you'll actually learn: How to pick the one vertical that fits you and build a clear, sellable offer around it — not "I make AI videos," but a specific, results-driven promise a real business will pay for. How to produce AI video clients actually want using today's tools, and how to use the latest AI production tools to streamline and speed up your entire workflow. How to price and package your work like a business instead of a side hobby. How to find and reach prospects with outreach that books calls, how to run a sales conversation and close without feeling salesy, how to deliver and keep clients on retainer, and how to build a repeatable pipeline so the work compounds month over month.

Hello everyone! I'm a new member of the community. I'm a video editor and I'm working hard to learn and utilize artificial intelligence in my work, as I'm still new to this field.😃
