Auction Experts
Are there any auction experts that’s open to running an auction for a revenue share 👀 ? I’ve built a game changing offer and am looking for someone to assist/run the auction on a revenue share basis.

How do I secure this coffee date?
Hey guys, I'm not in Ronin yet, so I'm posting this here for some feedback. I'm trying to secure my first coffee date. (I've attached photos of the convo below) I want to see if it makes sense to run an auction for this gentleman here. But I didn't tell him "AUCTION" because I recently found Travis's Outreach AMA and he mentions not to talk about your product. Instead, talk about what they want and their hot buttons. That's what I did instead, and it's working! Now he mentions he has a setter and closer, and wants to know what I have in mind. I know if I give him too much detail about my product, or ignore the fact that he says he has a setter, I might not get the coffee. So should I tell him about the auction? Should I just tell him I'll fund everything, not a dime out of his pocket? How would you guys go about answering this to secure the coffee date?

Dn’t explain the auction yet. And definitely don’t lead with “I’ll fund everything.” He already told you he has a setter + closer. That’s actually useful. I’d say something like “That’s actually why I think this could be interesting. I’m not looking to replace your setter/closer. I’ve got a way to create a burst of hand-raisers from the audience you already have, then your team can work the people who raise their hand. Easier to explain in 15 mins than 15 messages 😂 Open to a quick coffee?” Get the coffee first. Then show him the auction.

I figured out my "lead game" by getting girls' phone numbers. I was a young man in the Navy when I got stationed in San Diego as an instructor for the Advanced Electronics School on 32nd Street Naval Base. I'd go with my buddy: "Jeffrey LaFrance" Say his name in your "Grey Poupon" voice. Very aristocratic sounding! He was 6' 2", blonde with blue eyes. Looked like Dolph Lundgren. Next to him, I looked like Danny Devito. Plus, I was a squid with a funny last name... It was like Dolph versus Danny Devito. You'd think Danny wouldn't stand a CHANCE, right? BUT... Here's what would happen... We'd go to the Red Onion on Mission Beach. Jefferey would get 2 or 3 phone numbers. I'd leave with a pocket full of 12 or more. (KIDS: This was the early 90s, we still had to write down phone numbers!) I've never forgotten. I do the same thing online. From email to social to Skool. In a world where group owners have a hard time getting 40 likes. I can get 40 leads and turn them into $10k to $25k cash that day. In tiny communities and with tiny lists. It's not hard. It's simple and WAY easier in fact... There is a missing step that you can't UNSEE once you see it. This one thing changes peeps lead game. In this training, I point out the MISSING STEP! Rooting For Ya, Travis PS AFTER you watch the training...Some folks want and need more examples and learn better by SEEING...if that's you...AFTER watching the training sound off 👇(If everyone's good and doesn't need it, then I'm good with that!) PPS 🎁I've gotta TIGHT AF InfoGraphic for this. You want it? Put INFOGRAPHIC below.

“Pay What You Want”?
Hey guys, I have a handful of people organically wanting me to train them in person. I’m still unsure about pricing. It’s worth $100/session (I’m a “fitness coach”), but I don’t want to outprice myself, but don’t want to overprice either. I want to charge a monthly fee to have me train them twice a week. How can I introduce a pay what you want model to someone that just asked me how much would I charge to train them?

I probably wouldn’t lead with “pay what you want.” You already know it’s worth around $100/session. If they want 2x/week, Igive them a normal monthly price first. Then if you really want to make it low friction, do something like “It’s usually $800/month for 2 sessions a week. Since I’m just opening this up, I’m happy to let the first few people choose what feels fair for month one, then we lock in a normal rate after that.” That gives them freedom without training them to value you at $37 because they felt generous that day 😂 Pay-what-you-want works better as a temporary entry mechanism than your permanent pricing model.
First post using Travis's method. Would appreciate feedback!
For context, I found some free Facebook promo groups where people are promoting their coaching, services, etc. But everyone's selling their product, not what their audience actually wants. My goal is to generate leads from these groups for the Internet Bill Challenge. Down below is my first post using Travis's method, and I've drafted 2 different calls to action. Looking for feedback on: 1. How engaging is it? 2. Which CTA has the least friction and would more likely get people in the group? 3. Any other thoughts? First part of post: Debby wakes up and checks her Facebook group posts from yesterday, only to find crickets. Zero likes, zero comments, nobody asking to buy her stuff. While Anna wakes up to an inbox flooded with "I'm interested, how can I buy?" They sell similar stuff. Wildly different mornings. Anna's sipping her pumpkin spice latte while replying to people ready to buy. While Debby's staring at her screen, wondering what to post next. Ending #1 — A poll: This is NOT Debby's fault. Selling and promoting can be hard! And... there's a hidden ENEMY working against her that she doesn't even know about (one that Anna figured out). Can you guess what the enemy is? (I'll reveal it to anyone who comments, I promise 😁) Andddd... the ENEMY is: A) The algorithm! FB buries promo posts now. B) Posting in groups full of other sellers, not actual buyers 😅 C) She talks too much about her product D) Too many groups, not enough relationship-building in any one E) None of these? Drop your guess below 👇 Ending #2 — Call to action to join group: This is NOT Debby's fault. Selling and promoting can be hard! But it's easier for Anna Because Anna knows a lil secret called "IOIs". That get people knocking on her door asking to buy before she even mentions what her product is! Wondering what the heck IOIs even are? Comment "Pumpkin Spice" and I'll send you the invite to a Skool group of chill lads & ladies using IOIs to get people lining up asking to buy their stuff.

I’d change 2 things. First, the “hidden enemy” section gets a little game-showy. Too many answer choices and too much explanation. Second, CTA #2 is stronger because it gives them a tiny curiosity-based action and moves them toward the actual challenge. I’d tighten it to: "Debby wakes up and checks yesterday’s post. Crickets. Anna wakes up to “I’m interested, how can I buy?” Same type of offer. Very different morning 😂 The difference? Anna knows how to post something that gets people to raise their hand BEFORE she ever pitches. We call them IOIs. Want to see how they work? Comment Pumpkin Spice." And I’d probably remove “chill lads & ladies.” It weakens the payoff a bit.

I help Skool owners generate cash pops from their existing members using a specific post format, and I get paid $5K for every $10K we generate.
