Hello everyone! I'm Holly, and I live in Hood River, Oregon. I've been a teacher/educational leader for almost 30 years. Yikes! I was raised a Montessori kid, grew up in West Virginia, and began my teaching career in Burlington, Vermont. I've taught in private and public schools (VT and OR), an international school (CA), and I've even taught inner-city students in Chicago. I've been the Head of a small middle school, an Assistant Head of an independent middle school, and, most recently, I've accepted a position as an instructional coach at a fantastic online school: Williamsburg Learning. I'm in the process of learning how to be brave as we send our eldest daughter, Eliotte, off to college this fall. Co-creating my new instructional coaching role has also required a little bravery. I'm here to be a student along with you!
