Tell me something. What is the most random thing that has ever triggered you? Not the big obvious ones. The weird ones. A song from ten years ago. The smell of a specific soap. The sound of a particular ringtone. A font on a sign. The way someone clears their throat. Something so small and specific that you could never explain it to anyone — but your body knew immediately. I thought my starting point was a 10, but after the 54321 it was a really 10ish 10. Does that make any sense? My weird trigger was seeing two specific colors together, not like in a box of markers but these two chosen specifically for a piece of clothing or a decoration, etc.

Not every trigger looks dramatic. Sometimes it's... šŸ“± A text message notification. šŸš— Driving past a certain place. šŸ“ž Seeing someone's name pop up on your phone. šŸ˜” Being interrupted. 😓 Feeling rushed. šŸ™ƒ Someone saying, "Can we talk?" We all have things that make our nervous system react before our mind catches up. Without sharing anything deeply personal... šŸ’¬ What's one everyday thing that tends to put your nervous system on high alert? No explanations required. Just curiosity.
