innerjourney

I have been enjoying being here for just a little over two weeks. It is exciting to meet people from all over the world who share similar experiences in their lives. I have especially liked the morning routine! It is a new and peaceful way to begin the day. I have also had very personal and specific help using the gentle sloth. Just today I had a conversation with someone using the words given in my dialogue. I have a new perspective of myself and the relationship after our conversation. ☺️
