Both ChatGPT and Claude can now connect directly to Notion through Notion MCP, allowing them to read and update pages. ChatGPT supports connected apps such as Notion and Google Drive, while Claude’s Google Workspace connectors can work with Drive documents without repeated uploads. For every project, create one Notion page containing: Project brief and target audience Course outline Deliverables and deadlines Decision log Next actions Link to the project’s Google Drive folder Then use three repeatable prompts: Morning: “Review my active Hinova projects and identify today’s three most important actions.” During work: “Use this project brief to create Lesson 3, then update the deliverable status.” End of day: “Record today’s decisions, update completed tasks and create the next actions.” Ask both AI tools to format updates consistently as Decisions, Deliverables, Tasks and Open Questions. The important rule is to avoid two-way duplication. If you keep a separate task manager, send tasks from Notion to it in one direction only. Notion remains the source of truth; the task manager simply tells you what to do today.
