Hey @Maximilian Dier can you drop the contract link so we can take the owner under the contract and send them to MaxDispo. I have 3 properties but couldn't have the best written contract so these are pending from my side.

I made an AI outbound call receptionist that calls the leads take their details and fill up the details in Google Sheet then we can send the contracts directly to the person who said yes to the cash offer. After that we can dispo the leads to Max and take away our money from Max after deal closure. If you are interested in it you can join in the list.
