Good morning precious and beautiful body of Christ!! As we head toward our time in the word together, look up from your electronics and think about settling aside any busy work that can maybe wait. Close your eyes and turn them inward to the Lord and pray: “Lord, I turn my heart and mind to You. I ask You to help me release all inward and outward distractions that hinder my whole-hearted, complete connection with You. Help me bring you anything that is hurting, bothering, or in any way distracting me. You are all I need, all I want, and all that matters during this time. Help me wait peacefully in Your presence, full of anticipation that You will fill all my stillness with Yourself. I believe You desire to meet with me more than I can imagine, and You know why. You know all the good You want to show me and do. Have every part of me. Bring Your word to life in me so I may know You and be more transformed into Your image. Bring glory to Your name and goodness and I Taste and See Freedom from my will and way to live in the way of Your perfect Kingdom on earth as in Heaven. In Jesus’ Name.
