Freeman i Hope to answer your qsn on good way I have always my planing for each person 3 days in a week that that’s they have 2hrs training par day I never asked for his drinks eats…etc or take diet bcs they they’re not professional at begin One again when they have the value for make Competitions they have right to take diet or if they want planing for five or six days par week I can guide them Here is not the same workout for fitness or building.
