Looking for some help with letting go! My wife and I separated 2 months ago, she has moved on but I haven't.I am attached and I recognize this, I have written a letter to let go, meditated as best as could and nada! I finally decided to move out the house to see if this would help but this just intensified it everything! Any other tips to help me move on!
