I have been working behind the scenes to open up more funding options for everyone in here. These are two commercial real estate deals totaling a little over $4.6 million. I gave away more than $130,000 in commissions because I was not trying to make the most money from two transactions. I was trying to build the kind of lender relationships that give us more ways to get good deals funded. That work paid off. I now have more access, more lender relationships, and more options for people who need SBA financing, equipment financing, business lines of credit, commercial loans, and commercial real estate loans. Man I appreciate David and this group. First time I feel like I’m in the right track. After trying several programs. David is the first one that looked at my WHOLE situation to figure out how to help me. He didn’t just start applying at Chase, Amex, US bank like everyone else. His plethora of lenders he has in his bag is the real deal. Still have a ways to go but feeling positive and confident dealing with someone that actually knows what he is doing.
