3 Common Website Mistakes I See All the Time
I’ve been doing some free website audits recently, and I noticed that even great businesses often make the same mistakes online. Here are the top 3 things that can silently hurt your website’s performance: - Unclear Messaging: Visitors should instantly understand what you do and who you serve. If they have to guess, they’ll leave. - Missing or Weak Call-to-Action: Your site should guide visitors to take action (book, buy, join, contact). Without it, potential clients get lost. - Outdated or Unprofessional Design: Even if your offer is amazing, a messy or old-looking site can make people doubt your credibility. Quick tip: Walk through your site as if you’ve never seen it before. Ask yourself: Do I know exactly what this business does? Do I know what to do next? Does this feel professional? I’d love to hear from you which of these do you struggle with the most on your own site?

Mid-Year Check-In (curious if anyone else feels this)
We’re already halfway through the year, and I’ve been noticing how many people in travel and booking-based businesses are trying to get more consistent inquiries and bookings. One thing that’s been standing out to me lately is how much difference it makes when your service is easy to find and understand online. Even if the service itself is great, people still need clarity before they trust and book. I recently saw this again through someone close to me who’s been helping service-based businesses set up simple websites and booking pages. For a lot of them, the biggest change wasn’t the service it was how easily people could access it. It kind of made me realize… sometimes visibility isn’t the issue, it’s how clearly you’re showing up. What’s been the hardest part for you so far this year getting people to actually book through you, or just getting consistent inquiries?
