Hey everyone! I've collected some vacant property leads recently. Some were driving for dollars ( I saw them while I was out and could tell they were vacant) I'll be skip tracing them later today using spokeo.com After which I start my attack... aka I'll start cold calling these and going deeper into the skip tracing until I reach the owner or relative. Once I reach some one its all about being sincere, mentioning I've potentially got money for them, or for their relative or for them and heirs to be able split up. Then determining who is actually in charge if anyone, if it needs to have some appointed as the administrator if it needs to go through probate. Once I get the person in control on the phone, its about determining the potential deal killers and if we can address them up front. I'll do my due diligence AFTER I have a seller who wants to sell ready to talk about selling now/soon. I will be recording this working sessions to share here in skool.
