What happens when someone tells you the next step 👣
I’m in the middle of my sprint with @Brenda Rigney and I want to share what’s happening, because it’s working so wonderful for me. (excuse if my english isn`t perfect...I´m from austria) For a long time I knew what I wanted with my Skool community, but not always what to do next. 𝗧𝗵𝗮𝘁’𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗱𝗶𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗻𝗼𝘄: 🎯 When someone tells you exactly which step comes next, you stop guessing and start building. Brenda gives me the next steps, I do them, we look at the results and adjust. That’s it. And it’s brilliant. 𝗧𝗵𝗮𝘁’𝘀 𝗵𝗼𝘄 𝗜 𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘁 𝗳𝗲𝘄 𝗱𝗮𝘆𝘀...setting up all my automations, step by step, in the order that made sense: 📩 Quentn as my email system, own domain, GDPR-compliant (it´s a german system, works great in europe) 🌱 A 12-email welcome sequence over 36 days, reworked after Brenda’s feedback, with paths based on each person’s biggest challenge 👥 A separate flow for existing Skool members 🧭 A chronotype quiz as a lead magnet with a 5-day email series feeding into the welcome sequence 🎧 A free audio for the way home after a shift as a second entry point 📲 ManyChat on Instagram: keyword KOMPASS sends the quiz link, new followers get a welcome DM ⚡ Zapier connecting Skool to my email system 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗜’𝘃𝗲 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗲𝗱: 💡 If you want to grow your MRR as a solopreneur, automation isn’t optional. It’s what gives you back the time to actually serve your members. 🤝 And you don’t have to do it alone. Having a mentor who sees the whole picture saves you months of trial and error. 𝗔𝗻𝗱 𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘁 𝗯𝘂𝘁 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝘀𝘁: 🎉 today Skool’s Growth Boost reached me! I see a clear jump in visitors on my About page. I’m curious what it brings ❤️ Thank you, Brenda, for keeping me on track 🙏 Ps.: for anyone here who I thinking about joining Premium or VIP or even the 1:1 with Brenda: Ladies! Just do it. It´s so worth it 😍

Wow 3 hours! Amazing stamina @Brenda Rigney
Launched and leveled up! 🚀
I had a banner week last week! I finally launched my yoga community, two women signed up, and I taught my first yoga class in the community! Modest, but it's a start. 🙂 *And* I leveled up in Skool Scale Camp!

You're on a roll!! Well done.

Sounds like a successful Skool community, right? But when I audited it, I found a BIG opportunity. They didn't need more traffic. They needed better conversions. In my latest YouTube episode, I walk through a REAL community audit and uncover 5 places revenue is leaking. The goal isn't to keep posting "Upgrade to Premium." It's to build a member journey that naturally moves people from Free → Premium → VIP. Community Is the Funnel. 🎥 Watch the full audit

5 Conversations I've Been Having With VIP Members
Over the last couple of weeks, I've been having some really interesting conversations with women inside our VIP communities. Here are five worth sharing. 1. "How do I get more engagement in my community?" Stop designing onboarding around engagement. Start with your Premium offer and work backwards. Give members meaningful steps, quick wins and reasons to keep moving forward. Engagement should be the result. Not the goal. 2. "Should I switch from paid back to freemium?" Or vice versa. Not so fast. I see community owners changing their business models every 30 days without giving anything enough time to work. Your audience is often 3–6 months behind your decisions. Before you pivot again, look at your traffic, conversion and retention. Sometimes you don't need a new model. You need better data. 3. "Why aren't people joining my community?" Your About page might be the problem. We spent time reviewing thumbnails, messaging and positioning. Your audience needs to know three things immediately: Who is this for? What outcome will I get? Why should I trust you? Stop selling the classroom. Start selling the transformation. 4. "What should I focus on in my first 30 days?" Traffic. Conversations. Research. Not building 25 classroom modules. Get people into your community. Ask questions. Run polls. Start conversations in the DMs. Find out what people actually need before you spend weeks creating something they might never use. 5. "Should I be selling Premium or VIP?" My approach? I sell VIP. Premium is there for people who want a lower monthly commitment. But I focus my messaging on one core offer. Annual memberships give me upfront cash flow, more time to work with members and fewer competing offers to explain. More offers don't necessarily mean more revenue. Sometimes they just create more confusion. Here's what I'm noticing across all five conversations. ➡️ Most women don't need another course, another offer or another business model. They need to simplify what they're doing, get clearer on their messaging and spend more time talking to potential customers.
