Bio: I’m a 58 year old post menopausal woman who has tried just about every diet out there.

Bio: Stroke survivor, mum of 2, alcoholic in recovery. Previous yo-yo dieter.

Bio: Hi I’m a homebody that likes travel, beaches, walking, good conversation and a glass of wine. I struggle to be as active as I’d like.

Bio: Looking to eat well and feel great .. I have currently been intermittent fasting since February 2025 , lost 4st so far would like to loose more 🙃
