Rebalance Your Legs
Here's a movement I like to teach someone to get onto their non-dominant or reluctant leg. Helps with shifts in squats, and hinges, and single side overuse in running. Check it out in the Classroom: https://www.skool.com/training-stimulus/classroom/6d7e68ac?md=a8a9c947dceb4d11b3ba08c5d806a681 And let me know how you get on!

This is for the most part simply not feasible for the people in our working groups (who are mainly pain patients). They can hardly bent their knees and would not get up in the crotch. Good idea, but more for athletes, i think! How would the very basic training for handicaped people look like instead?

5 Keys to the Step-Up With Rotation (A Game-Changer for Squat Strength)
Step-ups are already a staple, but add rotation and suddenly they become one of the most powerful tools for unlocking squat depth, stability, and glute activation. This variation does what most lifters never train: 👉 Builds internal rotation where you usually avoid it 👉 Integrates pronation and controlled knee valgus for stronger, safer squats 👉 Lights up your glutes and VMOs in ways straight step-ups can’t The real magic isn’t in the step up… it’s in how you control the descent. Miss that detail, and you’ll lose 90% of the stimulus. In this video, I’ll show you exactly how to execute it so you get the range, stability, and muscle recruitment that carry over directly into squats and running. Once you try this version, plain step-ups will feel like a step...down 🥁 https://www.skool.com/training-stimulus/classroom/c2a80755?md=d73174c941d74a10a623c961eda27e34

Probably no good idea if knee already hurts, right?!

@Ashley Grossmann sure, i appreciate your answer! Gonna have a try. I do have (rightside) knee pain only after exposure. Steep mountain path (a really short one, maybe 800m) last weekend reminded me, that my knee is not painfree at all 😅
Feature „Map“ would be interesting!
hi @Ashley Grossmann, some German Folks joined lately 🤗 and i saw in „Members“, that there are People from the States and GB. Maybe you could install the „Map“-Funktion, so people would see, who is nearby?
