Bio: Hi, I'm Bernadette, glad to be here. Congratulations to all of us! I came to Missoula via the rich farmland of The Red River Valley of the North.

Bio: I’m a retired teacher and enjoy volunteer work at the Safari Park. I also do some substitute teaching. I have been mostly Keto for six years.

Bio: I want to abstain from sugar and recover.

Bio: I am 70 and healthy. Sugar keeps robbing my mind and body in so many ways. I want to stop the noise, improve my osteopenia and blood sugar #s.
