@Suzanne Jenkins I just said the same thing to a friend. I'm really excited to build my coaching business, then I freeze. Strangely for me, it's more a fear of success.

@Suzanne Jenkins Based on my history, it's the fear of building something then having it ripped away. I figured that out last year when visualizing what a day in my life would look like if I had everything I want, and my stomach lurched. I noticed it, did the visualization again, same result. Digging into that, I realized I'm not afraid to fail, I'm scared I won't lol. Now when I feel it sneak up on me, I stop and remind myself that I'm building something that I am 100% in control of. It doesn't always work in the moment, but I'm getting better at it.
