Iβll start, I start my day with a morning meditation, followed by journaling and affirmations. I find this sets up a beautiful frequency for the day.
Iβve started reading Atomic Habits by James Clear. Iβm really enjoying it. Itβs about how to change and build new habits. Very down to earth and scientifically backed.
