Hi all, I'm Hector from Brisbane and I've been training calisthenics on and off for around 6 months. I am inspired by seeing everyone on social media mastering their body and being able to do all these cool movements. In the next 6-12 weeks, I would like to achieve the handstand pushup. However, long term I would like to achieve the planche.
