@Dwight Riddick Hi. I'm new to this journey as well. My advice is ask questions and usually someone will find the answer. I personally stayed on Day 4 because it takes a good 72 hours for your ads to give any real feedback in terms of metrics, so I decided to wait to get the data instead of moving on. However, you could also do any number of things while you wait and try to gain back momentum: Post on other communities, connect with other members here, check out other Free or paid communities within your niche or maybe even one you are interested in learning about, do some market research. Don't get discouraged and remain in the messy middle - just think what is one task or goal I know I can do today to move the needle. And then just keep adding on from there! This is a great question. I am focusing on 1 - content, 5 - posting daily (both engagment and nuture posts, and finally 4 paid ads for right now. However, I am slowly shifting into trying to make 3 happen with collaborations. That so far is the focus for me as a new community member.

@Rafi Shaik Here it goes: I am finally going to open a skool community. I am a little confused about how to set up my tiers. I have a course and other items on another platform, and will keep it there, but I want to dive into skool. 1. 𝐌𝐲 𝐜𝐮𝐫𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐮𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐢𝐬 I want to set up tiers, but not sure how it actually works when you have multiple tiers set up in a community? Do they all have access to the same community chat or are they separated based upon Tiers? Also, for me starting my skool, do you recommend I offer a free tier? 𝟐. 𝐌𝐲 𝐝𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐮𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐢𝐬 once I start with my Tiers and set up, I would like to use ads to fill up my skool community. I have used ads in the past so my main question right now is Tiers :) 𝟑. 𝐌𝐲 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐛𝐥𝐞𝐦 𝐢𝐬 I am not too sure about how I should set up Tiers for my program. I know I will connect my free tier to my Youtube channel, and would like a mid tier, but I also do not want to overcomplicate things as well for myself. @Rafi Shaik Thank you for your detailed feedback! I will look for that training you did on subscription based tiers! I agree that they should pay something. One thing I could offer as free is a challenge or even a free training, which I already do. Thank you!

I'm new to this hub, and really considering opening a hobby skool community. I really like that skool has an app, which is so much easier to access than having a wordpress or other teaching platform. Thank you for the welcome.
