🏃‍♀️ Taking Care of the Body God Created
“Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit…?” – 1 Corinthians 6:19 God didn’t just create our souls—He lovingly crafted our bodies too. Every heartbeat, breath, and muscle is a reminder: We’re fearfully and wonderfully made. And just like we care for our spirit, we’re called to steward our bodies with purpose and love. 💬 Let’s talk about it… Taking care of your body isn't about chasing perfection—it's about honoring God with how we live, move, rest, and fuel ourselves. - Are you getting enough rest lately? - Drinking more water? - Moving your body with joy? - Feeding yourself with food and the Word? When we care for the body He gave us, we’re saying: “God, I trust You with every part of me.” 💡 Today’s Prompt: What’s one way you’re taking better care of your body this week? It could be a walk, skipping soda, going to bed earlier, or just pausing to breathe. Fasting is also a great way to honor God, and required. Fasting is our way of taking control over our wants and desires. If you are looking for a way to start a fast, check out the classroom section by clicking HERE 👇 Share below and encourage others with ideas, wins, or even small changes you’re working on! “So whether you eat or drink or whatever you do, do it all for the glory of God.” – 1 Corinthians 10:31

🌞 Today’s Word: Overflowing Faith
Today isn’t just another day—it’s another chance to trust God more deeply, love more fully, and walk more boldly. You’ve made it this far not by accident, but by grace on purpose. 🙌And today, we’re claiming this truth:“My cup overflows.” – Psalm 23:5 💬 What’s one thing God has done lately that reminded you He’s still working? It could be: - An answered prayer - A peaceful moment during chaos - A kind word from a stranger - A Scripture that hit just right - Or simply the strength to keep going Let’s fill this space with faith fuel—real, everyday reminders that God is near and moving. 👇 Share yours below. One sentence of faith can overflow into someone else’s breakthrough.

Putting people in my path that love Him
🚶‍♀️ Walking in Faith
“For we walk by faith, not by sight.” – 2 Corinthians 5:7 Faith isn’t just what we believe—it’s how we move through life. It’s trusting God when the answers aren’t clear. It’s taking the next step even when the path is uncertain. It’s choosing obedience over comfort, peace over panic, and His Word over our feelings. 💬 Today’s Prompt: How are you walking in faith today? Is there an area where you’ve had to let go and trust Him more? Are you facing something unknown but choosing to move forward anyway? Let’s encourage one another with real stories of faith in action. Your journey can help someone else take their next step. 👇 Share your “walk by faith” moment today—big or small.

This Week’s Focus
“Be still, and know that I am God.” — Psalm 46:10 This week in our community, we’re pressing pause on the noise and leaning into quiet moments with God—through the power of biblical meditation. 📖 What is Christian meditation? It’s not emptying your mind... it’s filling it with the Word of God. It’s slowing down to let Scripture settle deep into your heart, not just skim across your thoughts. 🕯️ Here’s how we’ll meditate on the Word together: 1. Pick 1 verse each day (we’ll suggest some!) 2. Sit with it quietly for 5–10 minutes 3. Repeat it out loud or write it down slowly Ask: What is God showing me here? 💬 Community Prompt: What helps you slow down and stay present with God’s Word? Do you journal? Sit outside? Play worship music softly? 👇 Share your quiet time habits, your favorite verses to meditate on, or simply what you’re learning this week through stillness. Let’s create a space where the Word takes root and peace flows. Make sure to give inspiration to other members in the group as they post their thoughts!
