🏃♀️ Taking Care of the Body God Created
“Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit…?” – 1 Corinthians 6:19 God didn’t just create our souls—He lovingly crafted our bodies too. Every heartbeat, breath, and muscle is a reminder: We’re fearfully and wonderfully made. And just like we care for our spirit, we’re called to steward our bodies with purpose and love. 💬 Let’s talk about it… Taking care of your body isn't about chasing perfection—it's about honoring God with how we live, move, rest, and fuel ourselves. - Are you getting enough rest lately? - Drinking more water? - Moving your body with joy? - Feeding yourself with food and the Word? When we care for the body He gave us, we’re saying: “God, I trust You with every part of me.” 💡 Today’s Prompt: What’s one way you’re taking better care of your body this week? It could be a walk, skipping soda, going to bed earlier, or just pausing to breathe. Fasting is also a great way to honor God, and required. Fasting is our way of taking control over our wants and desires.
