Wellness Wednesday Check-In I know no matter where we are in our journey — whether we are moms, business owners, dads, brothers, sons, employees, artists, creatives, and more — our humanity comes with emotions that can either fuel us forward or keep us where we are. Some days we have quantum leaps. And some days it may feel like we've taken a quantum leap back. However, all is okay. All is well. This is all a part of our journey. And I feel, no matter if we are coaches, healers, tarot consultants, guides, or experts in some form — one of the most important aspects of our work is caring for ourselves first. I know it can be easier said than done when we are on a mission. However, it is very necessary to ensure that we give our clients, our families, and our communities the absolute best experience possible. With this in mind and heart, I slowed down a bit this rising. That is one of the basic things I do to ensure I am taking time for myself. To feel, to move, to organize myself in a way that will give me success as I step into my day. Honestly, I am not always perfect at this. However, it is definitely a focus and a priority. 🌿 Reflection points for today What wellness activities or rituals have you started to support you on life's journey? What wellness activities would you like to start? I'll go first ✨ For me, slowing down is a basic one, and paying attention to what I see when I go outside in the rising or AM. As for what I plan to start? It's been an ongoing project: keeping myself, my ideas, my thoughts, and my projects organized. I still love pen and paper — or even pencil and paper. I do use some online tools, but pen and paper remain my favorite alongside them.
