I’ve been getting my meditations done. I haven’t posted anything since Thursday. I filmed a bunch of stuff to post but Friday and Saturday are so busy by the time I get home from seeing clients and running some errands while I’m out and about I just do not have the energy to bother editing something or posting. I’m really listening to my body and my nervous system and when shit feels like too much dropping off what doesn’t have to happen. I hope everyone’s been having a fabulous this weekend. I will share the record recordings I did most likely later tonight.

Sorry I have been MIA, we g it back from Disney and the next day my Dad was admitted to the hospital. He came home on Saturday and is on the mend thankfully. I'm exhausted 😴 but happy all is good! I've been meditating everyday. I recorded a few things but haven't posted. I also have been hustling advertising my in person events (that's a full time job on its own!)
