Hi! I’m a 39yo mom of two daughters. I literally just found Dr. Stephanie’s page on IG and dove right in without knowing what to expect. I am here to learn about being a woman at this stage so I can prepare for perimenopause and menopause. I honestly don’t have huge things that make me feel “off” and some of the answers I had to choose in the quiz were a stretch. I have fairly good eating and workout habits, but have noticed that I needed to go up a pants size recently. I also feel bloated in my midsections at times, and have some occasional digestive issues. Anyway, I just want to do my best to live a healthy life for me and as an example to my daughters and friends!
