Ok, all my Skooling homeschoolers, this is the dilemma. I very easily get absorbed into my projects that I'm working on. Right now there are so many things. Building my community, making digital templates, making patterns, networking on Skool, trying to make social media content.... everything is just being pulled in so many directions. But I don't want my kids to be put on the back burner. With 5 of them at home, that is another whole set of busyness. How do you make sure your kids get everything they need when you get really busy?

Completely understand this. I try my best to block homeschool time and stick to it with no work of my own. I do most of my content in advance and plan out my week. I spend some time on the weekend when dad is home to play scheduling out emails and anything that can be done in advance. For some things, I pick days and rotate the work load. I also now have a VA and that helps a ton.

@Jenna Kelly we do 8 to 11 ish, then I work some and we do lunch. I circle back to about an hour in the afternoon most days depending on activities. I have some of that time scheduled for independent work which allows me breaks to pop in and out for certain quick tasks for work. I also start by working about 45 minutes before we start in between breakfast and random stuff.
