I've been working on some exciting upgrades the past few days and will coninue to do so, adding things to the classroom, etc. My dream for years has been to be a coach. The imposter syndrome and self sabotage kept me playing small inside a box for far too long, and this week that is changing. I'm launching my very first 4 week coaching intensive to 5 women for 🆓... Living from a space of Not Enough keeps me looking for validation elsewhere and I get stuck in Performance People Pleasing Managing others Control Doom scrolling Busy work (doing anything but what my heart really longs for) What I've discovered I really want is connection, but the striving keeps me disconnected looking for my worth and value from those closest to me. I've been in this healing journey for 6 yrs, and this week I added another layer of dirt in this ditch I kept falling in to ... I scattered the seeds and soon they will sprout and push through the darkness and be a garden of beauty and bounty for all who dare to come close. What's your Saturday look like? Here, my son and I were up most of the night with his Golden Retriever who was in labor! She delivered 7 beautiful pups! I took a good nap and now we're cleaning up from our garage sale and putting the house back together.... Not a normal Saturday but it's a relief that both these things are behind us! 😊
