It feels so good to have that table clear. It's been clutter for years! Clutter doesn't just mess up your space, it messes with your head, your nervous system. In 2015 I was diagnosed with cancer. I battled off and on for 2 years. Now I live with the side effects. Some days I barely notice and other days I struggle. Sometimes it’s pain and sometimes it’s discomfort and limitations.

@Wendy Wiseman while I was going through treatments I used essential oils to combat nausea and to help boost my immunity. Currently I have Lymphedema and go for monthly messages, and have a mechanical pump. Those both help. I also experience pain and discomfort due to the scaring around my heart and in my chest. I have not done anything for that.
