Grow & Scale Challenge Completion - Rachael S
@Rachael S just completed all 7 days of the Grow & Scale Challenge, and I want to give her a real, loud celebration because she did the thing most people say they want… and then don’t follow through on. She started Day 1 with honesty and clarity: she wanted a simple system she could actually follow without overwhelm, and she committed because she was tired of feeling stuck and inconsistent. That’s not a cute goal. That’s a life pivot. Over the week, she did the work that actually creates momentum: She identified that her audience-growing offers need attention right now (because visibility has mostly been coming through bundles), She chose her next focused offer ($27 budgeting ebook/workbook), and started shaping a more natural “people find me” path through honest stories and email. She mapped her conversion corridor (Find → Trust → Buy → Transform), diagnosed the real leak as visibility, And she picked one clear “patch the leak” action: write one short, honest money story to begin attracting people in a way that fits her voice. That’s how you build trust without forcing “content mode.” Day 5, she named the primary bottleneck: clarity, and chose a practical next step (define her main Free → Paid → Result customer journey using her budgeting workbook). Not vague. Not fluffy. Specific. And by Day 7, she didn’t try to become a different person overnight. She set a simple rhythm that works for her: a daily evening review + plan, with an optional morning check-in, and she anchored tomorrow in 1–3 priorities instead of overload. Rachael, this is what growth looks like: Not perfect days. Completed days. A clear next step. And the self-trust you earn when you keep promises to yourself. If you want to celebrate her, drop an “I see you” in the comments, because finishing 7 days isn’t small. It’s evidence. And she’s building from evidence now. .

Day 2: Consistent Growth (visibility + invites)
𝗗𝗮𝘆 𝟮 𝗶𝘀 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗴𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘀𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗺𝗮𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝗻𝘃𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗲𝗲𝗹 𝗻𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗹. The five tasks today are a tiny growth loop: you choose where you will show up (visibility zones), you decide what you want people to associate you with (one-sentence message), you contribute value in public (so trust builds before anyone joins), you invite with permission (so it feels human, not salesy), and you set the first action for new members (so growth turns into activation, not a bigger ghost town). 𝗧𝗼𝗱𝗮𝘆’𝘀 𝟱 𝘁𝗮𝘀𝗸𝘀 1. Pick 3 Visibility Zones (places you will show up weekly). 2. Write your one-sentence visibility message (what you want to be known for). 3. Do 2 value contributions today in one visibility zone (comment, answer, helpful post). 4. Send 1 permission-based invite to someone you interacted with: “Want the link?” 5. Define your First Action for new members (the simplest “do this now” step). 𝗕𝗲𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗘𝗻𝗱 𝗼𝗳 𝗧𝗼𝗱𝗮𝘆 Copy / paste the template and fill it in. ❄️ Tasks Done: _/5 ❄️ Which task I skipped (if any) + why: ❄️ One thing I’ll adjust tomorrow: .

❄️ Tasks Done: 4/5 ❄️ Which task I skipped (if any) + why: posting the link part. but it is now in my profile and I'm starting to talk about it ❄️ One thing I’ll adjust tomorrow: keep going onwards!
Day 1: The Foundation (clarity + setup)
𝗗𝗮𝘆 𝟭 𝗶𝘀 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘀𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗯𝗼𝗻𝗲𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆. The five tasks today give your community structure people can understand in minutes: • a clear promise (so the right people know they belong), • a “Start Here” pin (so nobody feels lost), • a single first action (so new members move instead of lurk), • a weekly anchor (so engagement becomes predictable), • and one evergreen asset (so value is visible even when you are not posting). Do these and the rest of the sprint gets lighter. 𝗧𝗼𝗱𝗮𝘆’𝘀 𝟱 𝘁𝗮𝘀𝗸𝘀 1) Write your 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗺𝗶𝘀𝗲 in one sentence: - “This community helps so you can .” 2) Create (or revisit) your ‘𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝗛𝗲𝗿𝗲’ 𝗢𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗣𝗶𝗻. 3) Create (or revisit) your 𝗗𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗣𝗶𝗻: one clear first action for new members. 4) Choose your 𝗪𝗲𝗲𝗸𝗹𝘆 𝗔𝗻𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗿: - Name it - Pick the day it happens 5) Create one 𝗘𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝗩𝗮𝗹𝘂𝗲 𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘁 𝘁𝗶𝘁𝗹𝗲 + 𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲: - Clarity Guide or - Action Framework or - Tool / Template 𝗕𝗲𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗘𝗻𝗱 𝗼𝗳 𝗧𝗼𝗱𝗮𝘆 Copy / paste the template and fill it in. ❄️ Tasks Done: _/5 ❄️ Which task I skipped (if any) + why: ❄️ One thing I’ll adjust tomorrow:

Community Setup In the Making
Today I am going to meet up with @Hayley White to set up her Skool Community. Hayley wants to build a Skool community around the Invisible Boardroom™ concept ("Beasts" + CEO Seat™ framework) to help midlife mums building online businesses stop overthinking, take tiny actions, and sell with calm, sustainable momentum. If Hayley is ok with it... Would you like it if I shared the recording of our call here, so you can see the behind the scenes setup? ...

If your brain holds a board meeting every time you try to post… you’re not broken. You're just not the loudest voice in the room yet
