Refuge is a calm, supportive space for neurodivergent women, created by a neurodivergent woman. This is not a place to fix yourself, optimise your life, or keep up with anyone else. It’s a place to rest, reflect, and build systems that actually work for you. You don’t need to introduce yourself unless you want to. You don’t need to keep up. Lurking is allowed. Coming and going is allowed. If you’re new, the Refuge Foundations course is a gentle place to start, but there’s no rush. I’m really glad you’re here.
